I get it
There's a lot of pressure to feel our feelings.
You might feel like you're not feeling enough or healing enough. Or maybe you even worry that you just don't know what you feel. When it comes to feeling there are no shoulds.
Except maybe patience, curiosity & support.
We might not always know exactly what we're feeling right away.
But the more we can practice curiosity, patience, and support, the more we can stay with our feelings as they are and cultivate a soft landing space for them to reveal more to us.
